Notice is hereby given of the
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
OF OFFORD CLUNY & OFFORD DARCY PARISH
SATURDAY, APRIL 27TH, 2024 in the Village Hall, High Street, Offord Cluny.

The Parish Meeting is an opportunity for parishioners on the Electoral Roll for Offord Cluny & Offord Darcy to raise any matters of concern relating to their local community. It would be helpful, but not essential, to have written notice of items to be raised. Electors of the Parish will be entitled to make resolutions and take a vote at the meeting which is open to the press and public.
There will be a review of the past Council year together with the opportunity to speak with Parish, District & County Councillors and raise any issues of concern. There will be a CPR demonstration by the Air Ambulance team and local groups and organisations will be present. We’ll have representatives from the Paxton Pits development team giving a presentation on works to date and what is envisaged in the closing out of the project.
We will also have the pleasure of welcoming Inspector Colin Norden from the Huntingdonshire Neighbourhood policing team who will be on hand to explain how the team works and to answer any questions you might have.
